My knee is as good as ever. I Bicycle almost every day and sometimes go mountain biking and even camping. I have a great bike with a split frame and shocks for mountain biking and a cruiser for the beach, I like to go on rides with my life partner and my girls.
I still like to play harmonica with my friends on the boardwalk and even at the jams with Rick and my new musician friends.
My partner and I have a great 4 plex in Culver City we bought for less than $800.000 we rent out three units and live in the remining 2 bedrooms, that we fixed up really nice. We make enough from the rentals to cover our own housing expenses and then some.
I no longer work a 9-5. I have a great almost passive business of bar top game machines. I bring in over 1000.00 in an average week.
I now have time to pursue my other passions. I’m finally learning to play guitar and keyboards with my computer-training course. I am also working on recording new types of music with my computer and with live sources like my electronic drums, and harmonica.
I experiment with synthesized effects and sampled sounds.
I’m doing more acting again and have a couple of national commercials running
I also derive income from producing albums for upcoming artists. As well as producing an occasional album of my own. I am starting to write songs and am better at communicating with other musicians about what I want. I am also making money from my e-book “how to produce a pro quality music album for under $5000.00
I also have time for my photography. I have a great SLR camera I use for pro stuff but still keep my old Konica Minolta handy for impulse shots.
I am going to have an art showing and a book called My LA to showcase my POV of the city. The book makes quite a bit of money and finances my travels with my partner around the world where I take more pictures. Some trips are even on my publishers budget for my next book. My Greece, My Thailand, and so on.
My kids are around me much more of the time and I’m showing them how they can have what they want in their lives too.
In the summer, I have them almost full time and take them on trips with my partner and myself.
My life partner loves me for who I am. She is happy manifesting what makes her happy in her life and I’m glad that I am a part of that.
We support each other in our projects but know that our happiness comes from within ourselves and not from the other person. We make our own choices, some that include each other and some that don’t, and that’s OK.
We are happy with ourselves and therefore happy with each other. We are looking for a plot of land to build our dream house, energy efficient houses with solar electricity and recycled grey water to flush the toilet and wash clothes.
We modify a hybrid to be 10 times more energy efficient and get published in the newspapers about it. The oil company offers us $200,000 to buy it and get us to shut up about it. We don’t accept and they offer us a lot more. We still don’t take it, and call the news media and make a story out of that too.
We are not only happy, we are very comfortable in our life together and no oil company blood money is going to make us any happier than we are already.
